WELCOME TO GRENOBLE!

For the third consecutive year, the Monkey club will host one of the biggest events of the European Ultimate Frisbee season, the Spring Tour, at home in Grenoble.

After fantastic 2024 and 2025 editions, each bringing together more than 500 players from all over Europe, the European federation has once again placed its trust in us for the 2026 edition!
This year, no fewer than 22 teams from France and across Europe will compete on April 25–26 in the heart of the Grenoble mountains, in mixed and women’s divisions.

Getting to Grenoble

Grenoble is located in southeastern France, close to the Swiss and Italian borders.
For environmental reasons, we strongly encourage participants to travel to the tournament by train.

BY TRAIN

Grenoble is about 1 hour 30 minutes by train from Lyon Saint-Exupéry station, which is directly connected to many major European cities.
You can also take a direct train from Paris, reaching Grenoble in about 3 hours.

BY BUS

Direct buses from Lyon Saint-Exupéry train station and Lyon Airport allow you to reach Grenoble train station quickly and at a low cost.
You can book your tickets in advance via Blablabus or Flixbus.

BY PLANE

The nearest international airport is Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. Geneva Airport is about a 3-hour drive from Grenoble and is also accessible by bus.

Getting to the fields

The fields are located in Sassenage, a suburb of Grenoble. They are easily accessible by public transport, by bike, or by car.

Camping spots next to the fields will be available for participants for around €12 per night, breakfast included.
Please remember to bring appropriate equipment (sleeping bags, tents, mattresses), as nights can be chilly in April.
